This is our first year feeding round bales. I have my fingers crossed that the ladies will keep their fleeces reasonably clean.
I am still hopeful that we will not have a repeat of last winter...

Brrrr! Good luck with the round bails and clean sheep.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue, I think we are going to need it!
DeleteI tried on a 100% wool sweater yesterday and immediately began to sweat. Sheep must LOVE winter. Good luck with them keeping clean.
ReplyDeleteWool sweaters are a favorite around here in cold weather :)
DeleteGood Luck with the snow cover and round bales. Most of our snow melted last weekend. Just in time for talkings of another possible inch.
ReplyDeleteRobyn, our snow melted this weekend from all of the rain we have gotten. Back to snow tonight.
DeleteAmen to that, but I'm guessing we're going to get hit again :-(.
ReplyDeleteNooooooo.... ;)
DeleteThey look so "wooly" lol...We had snow and lots of wind today in northern Illinois! Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI thought the house wasn't going to hold up to the wind today! It is really blowing!
